Who we are

Reksa Studio is a brand of PT Reksa Karya Digital, a company registered in Indonesia. We are the data controller for this website. You can reach us at hello@reksa.studio.

The contact form

If you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, an optional company name, and the message itself. We use it to reply to you and nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Messages are delivered to our inbox through a third-party email delivery provider acting on our behalf. We keep messages for as long as the conversation is useful, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It sets cookies in your browser and processes your IP address and general device information. We use this in aggregate. We do not use it to identify you personally.

You can opt out with Google's browser opt-out add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. The site works fine either way.

Hosting

The site runs on a third-party hosting provider, which processes standard server logs including IP addresses in order to serve pages and protect against abuse.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@reksa.studio and we will handle it.

Changes

If we change how this site handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
